Pedagogical Management and its relationship with the integral training of the students of the 5th grade of the secondary level of the educational institutions of the Network No. 13 UGEL 02 San Martín de Porres - Lima, 2018

Objective: To determine the relationship between the pedagogical management and the integral training of the students of the 5th grade of the secondary level of the educational institutions of the Network No. 13 UGEL 02 San Martín de Porres - Lima, 2016. Materials and Methods: It is a quantitative study of correlational design whose sample is represented by 179 students, to whom two questionnaires were applied. The SPSS program was used, with a margin of error of 5%. Results: In the general hypothesis it was determined that between the variables pedagogical management and integral training there is a very good correlation coefficient of Rho = 0.848, with which there are discrepancies with the responses of the study population between sometimes adequate and adequate. Conclusion: It is confirmed that between the variables pedagogical management and integral training in the population studied, they find discrepancies between sometimes adequate and adequate. Determining that the variables studied still do not fully satisfy the members of the institution, which prevents reaching the academic objectives.Downloads
