Abstract

Objective: to describe the characteristics of the pedagogical management in remote education of the teachers of the Educational Institution No 85002 Andrés Sifuentes Vidal, Sihuas - Ancash 2021. Methods: It is a study of a basic type, of phenomenological design, the study was developed under the qualitative paradigm, allowing discovery through observation starting from the particular to the general. The population was made up of three parents, a director and ten teachers who were interviewed in the scene of the events Results: regarding the pedagogical management in remote education in the educational institution No 85002 Andrés Sifuentes Vidal, Sihuas - Ancash 202, The vast majority of those surveyed consider that the pedagogical management of teachers in some categories agree to one hundred percent, and in others with less value appreciation, lacking to have better strategies to handle the media such as the internet, in this education remote, in such a way that it can be elevated to a more serviceable education. Conclusion: it was concluded that respondents in some categories consider management efficiency one hundred percent and in others with less value appreciation.
