Job satisfaction and productivity of the workers of the company Econtor Servis SAC, VEGUETA – 2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the correlation between job satisfaction and productivity among the employees of Econtor Servis SAC, Vegueta-2021. Methodology: The research was conducted under a quantitative approach, classified as basic, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The population consisted of 22 employees from all areas of the company. The study took place during the year 2021. Two measurement instruments were used for data collection. Statistical analysis was performed using the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, and the data were processed using SPSS software version 22. Results: The findings indicated that there is no significant correlation between job satisfaction and productivity among the employees of Econtor Servis SAC, Vegueta-2021. Conclusion: Based on the evaluation, it was concluded that job satisfaction is not significantly correlated with productivity in Econtor Servis SAC, Vegueta-2021. Although 86% of employees report a high level of satisfaction, only 50% show high productivity, suggesting that the relationship between these two variables is not evident.
