Abstract

Objective: To establish the correlation between organizational climate and teaching performance in an educational institution in Lima. Methods: A non-experimental, descriptive-correlational design with a quantitative approach was used. The study population consisted of 30 teachers, and the survey technique was employed for data collection using two Likert-scale questionnaires. Results: A moderate positive correlation (r = 0.523) was found between organizational climate and teaching performance, with a coefficient of determination of R² = 0.274, indicating that 27.4% of the variability in teaching performance is explained by the organizational climate. Conclusions: It was determined that an adequate organizational climate is achieved through the consistent and comprehensive application of its dimensions, as the interaction of these factors directly influences the improvement of teaching performance and the fulfillment of institutional objectives.
